The good times couldn’t last. We got some more snow on February 22nd. A full 3.8cm to be exact. With more snow predicted this week it looks like its not time to put away our shovels just yet, no matter how much we would love to.

Can you believe we didn’t get any significant snow so far this February until the 18th? It was so warm and sunny on occasion this month that my snowbanks actually went down by a couple of feet. This is the kind of winter that I don’t mind. I didnt forget to update this website, there’s just been nothing to report!

We had 4.2cm fall on the 18th, and 2.6 on the 19th. Previous to those 2 days, we received a laughable 0.2cm on the 1st, 0.6cm on the 6th and again 0.6cm on the 9th.

This gives us a grand total of 8.2 centimeters so far this month. This is peanuts compared to the 76.1cm that fell last year between Feb1st and the 19th. What a nice change.
